BACID

About-us

BACID SA (Investment Construction Office & Miscellaneous) a public limited company with a capital of one billion CFA francs is far more than just a real estate developer. It represents a vision: that of offering every family, wherever they may be in the world, a home that matches their ambitions.

For ten years, we have been building. Mid-range and high-end housing, major urban projects, modern markets, and shopping centers these achievements bear witness to our commitment to excellence and the development of Côte d'Ivoire.

Ten years of experience represents a decade of know-how, expertise, and growth. It also reflects the maturity of a company that is reinventing itself, innovating, and looking resolutely toward the future.

L'ouverture du nouveau siège social matérialise notre ambition vous servir mieux, plus loin, plus haut. C'est une nouvelle page qui s'ouvre pour BACID, et nous sommes fiers de l'écrire avec vous.

Our ambition now extends beyond the borders of Côte d'Ivoire. BACID operates in Paris, Canada, the United States, and Benin, supporting our diaspora in their investment projects back home with the Group's characteristic rigor and expertise

We ask for your continued trust for the next 10 years. Together, we will go even further.

L'avenir de BACID se construit chaque jour entre vos mains. Continuons à donner le meilleur de nous-mêmes car notre mission est noble offrir à chaque famille un foyer digne de ses rêves.

Your trust, our motivation

BACID, it’s also a story

This Renault car is much more than just a vehicle: it represents an important page in BACID's history. As the company's primary means of communication, it faithfully provided sales representatives with transportation, site visits, and many other essential journeys for the company's development for several years.

Over the course of more than ten years of existence, it has experienced a long journey, marked by challenges met and missions accomplished alongside a determined and visionary team. A symbol of commitment, perseverance, and growth, it bears witness to the first steps of an adventure that has continued to grow, leading to the rise of the current vehicle fleet.

Now proudly displayed in front of Cité Bel-Air, this car is a reminder that every great story begins with a first step... sometimes with a first vehicle.
