Belair City

The  BELAIR  housing  estate  is  BACID's  second  project.
Launched  in  2017,  the  first  keys  were  handed  over  in  2019.
BEL  AIR  is  a  7-hectare  site,  developed  for  private  individuals.  It  consists  mainly  oflow-rise  villas  and  duplex  villas  of  medium  standing.
These  villas  are  built  on  a  minimum  surface  area  of  300  m².  Work  on  asphalting  the  estate  is  currently  underway.
Underway,  drinking  water  supply  and  electrification  have  also  been  installed.
