52nd Conference of the Habitat and Francophonie Network
The 52nd Conference of the Habitat and Francophonie Network (RHF) was held from March 18 to 20, 2019 in Nouakchott (Mauritania) under the theme: TOGETHER LET'S BUILD AN INCLUSIVE CITY.
This Conference, open to the public from local authorities and bringing together several operators from various backgrounds, focused on three major axes:
1. Development of operational cooperation between local actors and public officials;
2. Transition towards resilient and livable cities;
3. Strengthening human and financial resources.
