The Ivory Coast Real Estate Show (SICI 2020) was held at the Sofitel Hôtel Ivoire convention center on Saturday March 14 and Sunday March 15, 2020. This show brought together several exhibitors and welcomed more than 20,000 visitors. BACID, promoter and exhibitor at this major event, won the Best Real Estate Project Prize.
This award rewards the quality of our various projects currently being carried out, which takes into account:
- the geographical location
- the development of the neighborhood and the living environment
- the architecture of housing
- the interior design of the accommodation
- the quality/price ratio
- respect for construction deadlines
- taking into account sustainable development.
